cake ini aku buat karena aku ngiler melihat foto mbak Eliza Setiawan di Facebooknya karena aku adalah penyuka banana cake.
resep aslinya bisa dilihat di blognya mbak Liza My LIfe, my love, my food tetapi ada sedikit perubahan karena pisang yang aku pakai terlalu banyak dari resep, jadi hasilnya basah tetapi aku justru suka, hehehee....
tetapi menurut aku, cake ini terlalu manis dan membuatku sakit gigi, jadi yang tidak begitu suka manis, silakan dikurangi takaran gula atau chocohipsnya.
berikut aku tuliskan resep mbak Liza yang sudah aku modifikasi, sedangkan kalau ingin tau resep aslinya silakan klik link di atas.
Double Choco Banana Bread
ingredients :
½ cup of vegetable oil
½ cup white sugar
5 medium size banana
1 egg
½ cup yoghurt (you can replace it with the same amount of buttermilk or sourcream)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ¼ teaspoons baking soda
½ cup choco chips (you can add more if you like), and more for sprinkle
½ cup white sugar
5 medium size banana
1 egg
½ cup yoghurt (you can replace it with the same amount of buttermilk or sourcream)
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ¼ teaspoons baking soda
½ cup choco chips (you can add more if you like), and more for sprinkle
how to :
preheat the oven to 180 degree celcius
grease your loaf pan with butter
in a large bowl, cream the oil/ melted butter and sugar, mix in the mashed banana. Add in the egg, yoghurt, and vanilla extract.
mix together cocoa powder, flour and baking soda until well combine. Puor it to the wet ingredients using strainer. Mix all of the ingredients together until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
pour the batter into the greased pan and bake it for about 55 minutes, or until a toothpicks inserted comes out almost clean
let the bread cool completely and remove the bread from the pan
